"Free-to-play
gaming is taking off on many new platforms and we plan to develop new
original brands, as well as continuing to use our experience partnering
with major brands and licenses."

The company was the first to launch virtual concerts on Facebook as
streaming live music events and recently launched a new HTML5 Mobile
game "Cazmo Monster Battles" in conjunction with partner Mocoscape

"With their track record in developing digital experiences for major
consumer brands and top entertainment acts, we see tremendous promise in
Planet Cazmo's ability to create profitable revenue streams from future
innovation," said Vlock.

"We're fortunate to have some of the most experienced minds in terms of
bringing together technology and entertainment properties," said former
Sony Music Chairman and entertainment mogul Tommy Mottola, who is an
investor and partner with Planet Cazmo. "We see great things ahead."

Re: Mountain Lion Safety Guide (Comic)

What a waste of two minutes of my life.

Re: Sony PlayStation Vita Launches in U.S., Europe

Fail.

Re: Mountain Lion Safety Guide (Comic)

About as dumb as it gets.

Re: Microsoft: Google Bypasses Privacy Settings in Internet Explorer, Too

Googles business model is based around collecting and selling your data. For example this appears to be a wilful violation of the Data Protection Act in the UK. Surely the US has similar protection for its citizens? In which case they should take firm action and throw the top executives of the guilty companies into jail.

Meanwhile, hopefully lawyers will start a class action for tens of billions of dollars! This seems to be a very strong prima facie case and huge punitive damages should be demanded.

Come on lawyers! Get Going, Get Rich and make them pay! This is potentially a lot more profitable for you than chasing ambulances! Rumors are that the iPad 2 price will drop by about $100 when the iPad 3 is released, which means that I would have a hard time selling my used iPad 2 for $500 in a month when someone can buy a new or Apple refurbished 32 GB iPad 2 for $500. These price drops happen with every new release as Apple and retailers clear out the old models. I took a gamble to sell ahead of the masses flooding the market when the iPad 3 comes out and new prices are announced. My prediction is that both new and used prices will continue to drop as retailers start selling down their inventory. Meijer was selling 16 GB iPad 2 for $70 off last week.I'm iPad-free for a month but (hopefully) saved myself $50-$100. Consider this if you know you are selling to get an iPad 3.

Re: Ahead of iPad 3, Tablet Owners Look to Cash In

We wanna thank our sponsor Gazeeeeeelle dooot cooom!

Re: iPhone Address Book Rage (Comic)

You don't need the middle two panels. It's not about apps accessing address book data, it's about apps accessing private data without permission. People want to know what's going on with their data.

Also some apps were accessing data they didn't actually need. An alert alone might discourage developers from unnecessarily accessing private data, because it's a signal the app is not trustworthy.
